Delivery & Returns

Postage is based on the price of the total order, all delivery methods use a tracked service so once despatched you can keep an eye on where they are.

Tracked Delivery Method - All orders placed via Tracked Delivery are despatched as per the lead times as stated on each shop product via Royal Mail Tracked. Click here to follow the progress of any parcels with your tracking number - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item 

Next Day Tracked Delivery Method - All orders placed via Next Day Delivery before 1pm are delivered the next working day via Royal Mail. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive. Next Day delivery is only applicable to certain items, it will give you this option during the checkout process.

Delivery to Southern Ireland - Orders which are being sent to Southern Ireland will be depstached using a DPD Courier (2 day service). This service is £11 inc VAT.

International Delivery - All orders placed to be delivered internationally are delivered via Royal Mail International Signed For. This service is £14 inc VAT for delivery to Europe or Worldwide.

* Please note, some multiple quantity International orders may be subject to an additional charge

Please allow up to 10 working days for International Deliveries via the Royal Mail International Signed For service.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted on faulty products. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact our customer care team quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or replacement is required. We will then get back to you letting you know the relevant steps.
